Before the rush and because you are cool, I’d just like to say thank you for your support, likes, sharing, purchases and downloads. Doing a project like this it really helps when you see people telling others about it.
If you are new to the Crimperbooks phenomenon (yes I did use that word although it might be a slight exaggeration): welcome. If you are an old hand at reading this stuff: thanks for sticking by me.
2014 saw the publication of a second novel Do not feed the Troll which continues the Roboteers series and has been well received.
Plans for 2015 include work on another book – probably a Roboteers one – and possibly the start of a new series for older readers. Somewhere in my head is the plan for a possible graphic novel of Sugar the Robot and the race to save the Earth.
I’ve also entered my first novel (the aforementioned “Sugar the Robot..”) into the Wishing Shelf Independent Book Awards which not only gives exposure in the usual way awards do but, importantly is independent of publishing companies and thus for me gives greater feedback. The Wishing Shelf Awards also procures real feedback from real readers as part of the process. I have some hopes for my little book (if I didn’t I wouldn’t have entered it).
So here’s to 2015 and here’s my thanks to you!
Happy new year!
